Lots will be sold and built on in two seperate phases:

 

Phase One will consist of the first ten lots which include a three corner and four cul-de-sac lots. 

 

Phase Two will include the remainder of the lots and will have a second cul-de-sac. 

 

All building lots are full improved and have electric, water, gas, cable, sewer, city maintained streets and no HOA fees.
